Blaze also offers gluten-free options, vegetarian/vegan options, meat-lover pizzas, and something for everyone. Over 40 fresh toppings and the dough is made from scratch, fermented for 24 hours before use.

My personal favorite pie comes from the menu, The Veg Out, which is roasted seasonal veggies, mushrooms, red onion, mozzarella, gorgonzola, red sauce dollops, olives, and drizzled with olive oil. The smell of melting mozzarella and the squashy taste of fresh veggies on pizza is loved by many.
Blaze makes pizza unique in its own way. Every March 14, Blaze takes place in Pi Day (3/14). Where whole pizzas are sold for only $3.14, and on Pi Day Blaze always has a long line of customers that say it’s worth the wait.
