Lauderdale By the Sea - The Ultimate Relaxation

Entering the beach, a slight breeze rustles the leaves making them fall to the solid ground. The air was cool and a little warm, the beams of sunlight glow on everyone’s skin. The air smells like salt, seaweed and the smell tickles the inside of your nostrils for a minute. Wave’s crash into the sand and shore and the sandy becomes slushy foam. The waves continued to crash in and over the edge of beach-goers swim trunks, soaking it like a wash rag.

Timid clouds, looking too lazy to drift, leave the sky bright blue and matching the blue waves of the ocean water. The palm trees are lined in serried rows and dip their heads in obedience to the sea. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a great beach for the ultimate relaxation.

With most beaches, it seems like there are always more people than sand. But this beach is actually quite compared to some of the other ones people have visited over the years. The cold onshore breeze blew right through a navy blue sweater while someone sat back, digging through an ice-cooler and pulling out a purple juice.

A tall woman with long mahogany colored legs brushed her body with the white sand, looking like powdered flour on freshly baked rye bread. She scrunches her toes into the sand. The dark shade of her sunglasses blocks most of the penetrating light that is the sun. Her identity was hidden behind that large pair. But her smile shows a top row of white teeth and there is a faint curve to the lips.

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea also offers great activities for children and families. A young boy sits alone, barefoot and bare-chested, on the shoreline and looks dreamily out to sea. Another small chubby child resembling the character of Howdy Doody and wearing lime green ‘Adventure time’ swim trunks, brushes the sand off of his tummy before his mother gives him a sandwich. The sandwich has the crust cut off and purple jelly wiggles and jiggles off the sides of the pale bread.

After a day of soaking up the sun and feeling relaxed, you’ll need to indulge in some great treats. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea offers a wide range of restaurants the whole family will enjoy. ‘Frenchy’s Table’ is serving up authentic French food is So-Flo. Beef bourguignon is a stew made of beef braised in red wine, beef broth and seasoned with garlic, pearl onions, fresh herbs, and mushrooms. ‘Frenchy’s Table’ also offers seafood and key lime pie.

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is great for beachgoers, tourist and its beach is the ultimate relaxation.
