The man who is gray-haired and shaggy-faced as an unshorn sheep waits patiently in line for his pizza pie. His red plaid shirt buttoned across his bulging chest and his hands that look like worn leather grasp the jumbo size pizza box. He lifts the handle of the box; the restaurant is exposed to the waft of fresh mozzarella cheese in your nostrils and freshly sweet marinara sauce, which mixes with the smell of yeast puffing in the oven. The velvet creamy mass sits in a tall cup and he gets a brain freeze. A brain freeze that he seems to have grown to love so much, but to only seem a little saddened when the all too familiar sound of the desperate slurp once you’ve reached the bottom. The milkshakes will indeed bring more than the boys to the yard, but anyone looking for a yummy frozen treat.
The gluten-free pizzas are just as luscious as the non-gluten free pizzas. The gluten-free base of the slice is the perfect combination of light inside and crunchy on the bottom. The mushroom and onion toppings are fresh and fragrant.
