"Nile has come into the BocaWatch family in a major and welcomed way. He is an incredible writing talent,  has a terrific personality, and once he takes on a project, he can be counted on to complete it in the most professional manner. I am very grateful for Nile and thank him for being part of the BocaWatch team." - Alfred Zucaro, Former city commissioner and  publisher of BocaWatch

“Nile Fortner is a creative force to be reckoned with! I have been working with Nile for the past two years and have seen him grow creatively while finding his own voice when reviewing movies and TV shows. He constantly pushes himself, makes his voice heard, and expands into other mediums to show his passion for the industry. Nile is a dedicated, disciplined, and exceptional young writer that will impact the world.”  - Logan Myerz, Co-Founder/Owner of Cinephellas

"My South Florida Today has had the pleasure of working with Nile Fortner, a journalist student at FAU. Mr. Fortner’s passion for writing shows through his in-depth descriptions that take the reader full circle. My South Florida Today has published 4 of Nile’s articles ranging from Halloween Horror nights to Star Wars family day and our audience has enjoyed each one. A storyteller is someone who can pull the reader in and allow them to experience the event or news through words, Nile accomplishes this wonderfully. We are looking forward to working with Mr. Fortner more in the future." - Brett Diaz, Founder of My South Florida Today

"I had the pleasure of working alongside Nile within two non-profits: BocaWatch and Boca Save our Beaches. From the first time, I met Nile, he impressed me with his ability to write and communicate. He has a special passion for literature, writing and volunteering within the community.

Nile has been an active participant in providing articles via BocaWatch.org, an organization I recently resigned from. Nile went above and beyond for this organization, authoring and submitting pieces before deadlines. You could tell in his writings and pictures submitted for articles, that he had spent a great deal of time making them perfect, without the need to be edited. Nile did all of this as volunteer work.

Nile also has volunteered countless times for Boca Save our Beaches, a 501C3 nonprofit dedicated to protecting the marine environment through community collaboration, conservation and educational awareness. He has spread community awareness about our organization and attended beach cleanups.

I highly recommend Nile, and I am certain he will continue to do great, creative things in his future." - Jessica Gray, Founder of Boca Save Our Beaches and BocaWatch contributor
